Return Policy Effective Date: 26 October 2024 At LCS Creative, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, custom sugar cookies for your special occasions. We understand that issues may arise, and we are committed to addressing any concerns in compliance with Australian Consumer Law. Please review our return policy below: 1. Perishable Items and Custom Orders Due to the perishable and customised nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer exchanges on custom sugar cookies once they have been delivered or picked up. 2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders We take great care in preparing each order to ensure it meets our quality standards. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at lcscreative@outlook.com Damaged Products: If you receive damaged items, please email us photos of the damaged cookies and the packaging so we can assess the issue and offer an appropriate solution. Incorrect Orders: If there was an error with your order, we will work with you to correct it, which may include a partial refund, a replacement, or another solution. 3. Quality Guarantee We aim for 100% satisfaction with the quality of our cookies. If you are not fully satisfied due to a quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. While we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, if the product does not meet acceptable quality as defined by Australian Consumer Law, we will work with you to offer a suitable resolution, which may include a partial or full refund. 4.
