To be eligible for a partial or full refund, your order must: Arrive damaged Contain an incorrect spelling (that differs from the approved proof) Feature an incorrect design (that differs from the approved proof) Arrive more than 3 days later than your selected delivery date If any of the above applies, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photo evidence of the issue. Once assessed, LCS Creative will issue either: A partial refund (for damaged items), or A full refund (where the error is our responsibility) Refunds will not be issued for errors that were approved in your design proof.

Due to the nature of our products being food items and often personalised, we do not accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us directly at lcscreative@outlook.com and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.

Orders cancelled before 14 days of handover date are eligible for a full refund. Orders cancelled after 14 days will receive a store credit or partial refund upon discussion. Orders placed for delivery within 7 days that have already entered production stage are not eligible for cancellation or refund. Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

To secure your booking with LCS Creative, a 50% non-transferable deposit is required at the time of order confirmation. This deposit is 100% refundable if cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled handover/collection date. Cancellations made within 14 days of the handover date will result in forfeiture of the deposit, as production planning and material sourcing will have commenced. The remaining 50% balance is due prior to the handover date. Orders will not be released until full payment has been received. Failure to finalise payment before the agreed handover date may result in cancellation of the order without refund of the deposit.
